About our role:  The Payroll Implementation & Compliance Specialist is a 12-month fixed-term position which will play a key role in the successful implementation of new HRIS and workforce management systems. This role’s primary focus will be contributing to the payroll system and process improvements, ensuring legislative compliance and supporting the successful delivery of payroll related projects. This role will combine specialist payroll expertise with project delivery skills, ensuring both BAU payroll activities and key project milestones are met to high standard. While this role is based in South Brisbane, we welcome applications from candidates in Victoria and New South Wales. Flexible working options are available for the right candidate.Responsibilities include:System Process ImprovementsAct as payroll subject matter expert in the in implementation of SuccessFactors HRIS, working with the project team to ensure integration with SAP Payroll. Lead user acceptance testing, data migration and user training for the HRIS implementation. Participate in system design, configuration and testing to ensure payroll compliance and accuracy for the implementation of the time and attendance system. Recommend enhancements to workflows and automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.Collaborate with project teams to ensure new processes and systems embed compliance. ComplianceProvide payroll subject matter expertise to complex compliance and process improvement projects. Support the development of improved governance, controls, and reporting frameworks. Work with stakeholders to identify and resolve system or process gaps impactingBAU Payroll SupportAssist in data validation, reporting, and reconciliation tasks to support ongoing payroll accuracy.Contribute to BAU payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with legislation, awards, Lactalis enterprise agreements and Lactalis policiesSupport the design, configuration and testing of new time & attendance system, ensuring compliance with awards, enterprise agreements and payroll accuracy. About you:  The Payroll Implementation & Compliance Specialist role requires a blend of leadership, technical expertise, and strategic thinking. Responsibilities include:

System Process Improvements
